The Dom Pedro Meia Praia Beach Club is a modern beachfront resort located on the Algarve coast, within three kilometres of the centre of Lagos and the Palmares Golf Course. The 77 apartments are decorated in light colours with patterned fabrics, wood furnishing and balconies. Modern amenities include kitchenettes, satellite televisions, direct dial phones and safes.
The hotel offers two dining options: Restaurant Atlantico serves a range of Portuguese dishes in a relaxed setting and Bar Bela Vista is a combined TV room and bar offering a selection of snacks in a relaxed setting with outdoor terrace. Taxis can be caught from outside the terminal building; typical fares are EUR 9 12.50 to Faro town, to Vilamoura EUR 25 30, to Lagos EUR 65 80 and to Albufeira EUR 35 45. Buses can also be caught outside the terminal building. AEROBUS provides a shuttle service between the airport and city centre daily (except Tuesday) in high season.
Driving directions: rom the airport, follow signs to Portim�o. Drive for approximately three kilometres, bear left by the flyover and then follow A22 to Lagos. Exit the motorway at Lagos Este. When arriving in Lagos, pass the BP fuel station and go straight on. Go over the bridge and at the roundabout turn completely around and cross back over the bridge, turn right, then left following the signs to Meia Praia. Go over the roundabout which is 200 metres further on and keep on this road. The resort is on your left.
