A modern nine storey hotel, the Capsis Hotel Thessaloniki is located within two kilometres of such attractions as the White Tower, the Arc of Galerius, and the local market. Local buses and taxis to Thessaloniki are available outside the terminal. The relatively small city is well served by buses and taxis. Many of its main attractions can be easily visited on foot. From the airport, follow signs for Thessaloniki, then for Helexpo Site. Take Egnatia Avenue towards the train station. The hotel is on the left.
